I had a colposcopy at Pilgrim and was feeling nervous. The nurses, Tracy and Val, were really friendly and made me feel much better whilst having the procedure.

Thank you for taking the time to comment, it is really appreciated. Our colposcopy team are very aware of how daunting a colposcopy appointment can be and the anxiety it can cause. We do our utmost to ensure we are welcoming, run to time (wherever possible), we strive to be professional, informative, supportive and comforting. It is a pleasure to know that we made a difficult experience more bearable for you.

I will ensure your comments are passed on to the team members you have mentioned and the whole Gynaecology outpatients team. They will really appreciate that you have taken the time to leave your comments, and it really helps to boost morale knowing they are achieving the high standards of patient centred care we strive for.
