About: Ealing IAPT

I self refered last year summer of 2019, and still haven’t heard anything back from them, I’ve tried calling numerous times, but haven’t been able to get through to anyone, I’m not sure how long the wait is for someone to get back to me?

Thank you for taking the time to post about the Ealing IAPT service. We are really sorry that you have had to wait such a long time to be offered treatment. The service is in very high demand at the moment and this has resulted in some long waiting times, particularly for certain treatments or specific times of day. It is a service priority to try and reduce how long everyone is waiting. We are concerned to hear that you have self-referred in the summer of 2019, and have not had a response. However, it is not possible to respond in any detail as your posting is anonymous and therefore we are not able to look into matters further. I would like to take this opportunity to encourage you to telephone the service and ask to speak to Clinical lead, Kamila Ilavska and that you make contact with us as soon possible to discuss this. You can contact us on 020 3313 4400.

Best wishes

Paul Gibbs

Patient Experience Lead
