About: East Surrey Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as a service user),

I attended ESH for a gastroscopy on 12 Feb. Every member of staff made me feel at ease, I was made aware of what to expect and the procedure was done quickly and efficiently. I complicated things by fainting in reception but staff took that in their stride professionally and with kindness.

Not anxious about the upcoming colonoscopy now.
