"Fantastic service"

I was admitted from the renal dialysis unit to the AAU by Dr Frew. Dr Frew was a shining example of a role model Doctor. She was very approachable, welcoming and easy to converse with. She was extremely thoughtful and thorough providing me and my family with information in terms we understood including providing advice on my treatment options.

Undoubtedly a consummate professional providing a fantastic personal service to her patients and their family members. Dr Frews staff were also very efficient friendly and caring.

Finally, given Dr. Frews scope of responsibility coupled with the associated stress and the long hours Doctors work I feel compelled to highlight her extreme professionalism during the period she cared for me.
