"Exceptional staff"

About: The Lawson Practice

(as the patient),

I would like to acknowledge the reception staff today a young man with a beard, apologies I don't know his name the other was Shazia. Just the fact she remembers me, gives me kind and caring feelings. The Nurse today. Was exceptional. He gave me so much care and attention. He gave me lots of information to help my situation. Much better than my experience with a different nurse at another hospital I went to. The nurse today is called Encler. Thank you very much.

Thank you for this feedback. As you can see from other responses, this feedback is so valuable and we always make sure the named staff have their attention drawn to it. Positivie feedback has been shown to continually improve staff repsosnes to patients because staff become more confident and more invested in working to support patients and the practice get things working right for everyone and smoothing the patient's journey through the practice. Ender is one of our newer clinical staff so great to have this feedback for him especially. Thanks again.
