About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

Came in at 8.30 for colonoscopy, taken very quickly with Carol to book me in.  All nurses were great and explained procedure , very friendly and put at ease.

Procedure went quickly with minimum discomfort.

Coffee, biscuits and sandwiches offered

Slight stoa he pain but nothing that was  bad

The team there work really hard to ensure people are put at ease and the system is as "slick" as possible.
