"Total excellent service from the NHS"

From ringing NHS 111 to getting home the service was 110%. Granted thing take time in waiting from one department to another but the treatment help and friendly approach in which this was done left my very contented that everything was being done in my best interest. Helpline 111, Paramedics, Hospital reception, Nurses, porters, Doctor, Receptionist in MRU, St Johns Ambulance. I could not have wished for better.

I am 67 yrs old and over time have had to go to hospital not many times. This was by far the best experience I have had while being in a distressed condition.

Please thank all concerned especially the receptionist on MRU. Everybody was a credit to the profession.
