"Courteous and thorough"

I visited A and E with a suspected TIA. I was very impressed with how pleasant and respectful all the staff were. I was taken to various areas and was always informed as to what would be happening next. I had many tests including a CT scan, ECG, an MRI and am now waiting for a heart scan and to do a 24 hr heart monitor test. I felt I was in good hands and well looked after, both in A and E and the next morning in the TIA clinic. Thank you.
