"Ent dysfunctional"

About: King's Mill Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Ropewalk House / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

Over many years and still in my experience getting such extremely poor consultants services at the ENT.

Being given massive amounts of inappropriate medicines which I am certain has caused a severe loss of hearing in my left ear because of over dosing. My doctor asked for a 2nd opinion from a consultant at Queens Medical  it took several months to see him but boy o boy what a remarkable difference truly professional and though in addition whilst waiting to see the consultant my doctor gave me a prescription for a simple antibiotic ear drops that gave an immediate cure for the chronic suffering i had put up with over previous treatments given by consultants at Kingsmill Hospital

In addition on one of the consultants was very brutal in carrying out suction on my ear it was very painful and in the end pierced my ear drum and i nearly shot through the roof. afterward i made an official complaint to customer services after an appointment came through for another appointment with the same consultant i told them under no circumstances do i ever want treatment from that person again i was told some one else would see me however when i was called from the waiting room i was shown into the clinic and lo and behold it was the same consultant who had pierced my ear drum customer services ‘forgot’ i was told  i refused any treatment and another consultant gave me good attention and it was satisfying and i happy.

Kind Regards
