About: Trent Pts

Faulty towers. I think the state of the premises reflects the quality of care. Found the therapists and some staff cold and without genuine empathy. It feels like a business based around quantity not quality. If this is really the best help that can be provided then there is a massive problem with Trent Pts. Only hope my experience is an isolated case. But looking at some of the other reviews I don't think it is.
