Nice midwives.. Rude reception staff!

"Nice midwives.. Rude reception staff!"

I don't mind coming to the birthing centre because the midwives are actually nice, but what is offputting is when the reception staff are rude and make you feel like you can't even call the birthing centre to see how things are going with an appointment and refer to you as 'darling' speaking in a sarcastic manner, had a few moments with a certain member of staff on reception i would much prefer coming to the centre if she wasn't there. Will be changing my mind to have my baby at the hospital instead.
