"I was scared but everyone was great"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / General surgery (Wards 9a, 9b, 9c & 9d)

(as the patient),

Amazing care by staff whilst in for spinal nerve root block. Have to say I was scared but everyone was great. Sandra was lovely and reassured me. Justin explained the procedure. Mr Craig was lovely and all the team in theatre were great, sorry for the sweary words! !

Dear Tatsmad

Thank you so much for posting about your recent experience at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. I can imagine that you were scared, however I am absolutely delighted that my colleagues looked after you so well I shall make sure that I shall pass on your comments to them all and............................. no apologies needed!
