(as a service user),

After two rather bad experiences with other surgeries I contacted Lawson Practice where I immediately felt welcome and well treated.   Both the lady I talked to on the phone and the lady working at the reception (Shumina) were friendly and in particular, really helpful.   Shumina resolved a quite important problem I had that the other surgeries I have been to could not in the same delay.   Thank you so much!

Thank you for taking the time and effort to post this comment, it is greatly appreciated. It is great to know that we were able to help you and resolve the problem you had. Hopefully we will manage to continue to provide a good service but if you are ever struggling and things aren't working quite like you think they should, please do talk to our reception manager as we would want to understand what had gone wrong and how to improve.
