(as a service user),

The Pharmacy Technician Shahanara, who works at The Lawson Practice is such a very nice and helpful person and is also very knowledgeable about medicines.

I have always got very good advice and help with my medication. She is also very polite and patient with service users of The Lawson Practice.

She sorted out my medication today with great understanding and willingness to help.

We are so glad she was able to help you. Shahanara has been a wonderful addition to our team and two years in we don't know what we would do without her.

As you rightly point out she is very knowledgeable and helpful and although she is not a qualified clinical pharmacist she is able to sort out an awful lot of problems for patients. So many of our queries are regarding prescriptions, up to 50% on any one day, that we have found great benefit in having a pharmacist technician as well as a clinical pharmacist working in our practice.

We are glad that patients are also feeling the benefit.
