"The staff were really reassuring"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a service user),

Newborn son had lump appear on his head. Was really worried and anxious but the staff were really reassuring and very friendly and helpful.

Dear KL-93,

Thank you for taking the time to feedback to our team especially during such an anxious period for you all. I think I had the pleasure of meeting you both last week, together with your son, on our Paediatric Assessment Unit.

I am glad that we were able to support the necessary investigations for your baby that day. I did call the evening team after I had gone home to find out about the result and was relieved, as I know you must have been, to know that all was well. I shall pass on your positive feedback to our team that were caring for you all that day- as I know they were equally concerned. Enjoy your time with your new baby boy.

Thank you Gita. We were very relieved to find out his results. He is a happy baby boy who is happy to now be at home. Thank you personally from myself and my partner for your thoughtfulness and contacting the evening team to ensure all was well. Thank you from us all again.
