(as the patient),

I visited A&E having sustained an injury to my elbow following a fall at home.

I was treated by Gaynor, the minor injury Practitioner, who organised an x-ray. The x-ray confirmed damage to my elbow and required a support to be fitted. The Practitioner explained exactly what damage had been done and the steps I should take to relieve the pain. I would like to thank the Practitioner for her caring and attentive attitude to me throughout my visit.
