"Appalling support"

Lack of support when I left hospital.

Been assigned a care-coordinator who doesn't listen. Is more interested in getting to her next meeting.

Maybe she should be doing depot injections instead of being a care coordinator!

I'm also ssigned a member of that team, again. who I couldn't successfully work with. She will be at the first meeting.

This should be on my notes in my file saying I will not work with her!!!!

This is causing great distress toe.

Banes Recovery seem inept at listening and caring.

The Duty person was an agency person. He seemed too laid back to action anything. True!

Shame on Awp Bath Intensive and Recovery Teams.

Shame on Pals too. They don't seem to do anything. Past experience I asked them to verify things that happened and how they could help. I never heard back from them. They don't seem to be answering phones, either. What a waste of valuable financial resources!

Don't put your trust in AWP They will let you down, ignore you and leave you angry and upset.

I developed severe anxiety after the short abrupt conversation with that Care-Coordinator. It then turned into a full blown migraine....yesterday.

(I have been advised elsewhere, that I can ask for a different care coordinator.)
