"Great experience from start to finish"

Fabulous hospital and a great experience from start to finish. My son received treatment and surgery following an accident. We spent quite a bit of time waiting around as you would expect in these circumstances but honestly treatment was superb and the staff were just amazing. During the time spent at the hospital (3 long visits) I saw just how hard NHS staff work and how respectful they are. My son wasn't the easiest of patients but they remained caring and respectful at all times and worked very hard to meet his individual needs. I also witnessed one very difficult patient complaining and misbehaving - and they handled this with ease. Every member of staff I met, even those just in passing in the corridors were friendly and helpful. This hospital should be incredibly proud of its staff!
