About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

Yesterday I had an appointment at the Day Surgery Unit at the Queen Margaret Hospital. I am autistic and have really bad anxiety so this was a really challenging and difficult experience for me. Thankfully the staff were extremely helpful and lovely, they made me feel very calm especially in a situation that I didn't think was possible for me to feel calm in. I feel that they went above and beyond to make me feel safe and supported and I'm extremely grateful for all their help.
