"Terrible and Unhelpful"

Absolutely Abysmal. I left my previous surgery because I could not get an appointment and got no support whatsoever. This place is Worse. The usual,,cannot get through on the phone, cannot get an appointment, cannot visit as they only open during working hours. The usual obstructive and unhelpful reception staff who go the extra mile to prevent you from getting an appointment. This surgery is supposed to be Veteran Friendly ans supposed to be accredited as such. God knows how they achieved that. I bet it did not actually involve any veterans. I am a vet with 31 years of service and from now on I will never use a GP practice in this country. I am Diabetic and Asthmatic with severe OCD and PTSD. I am just lost and have nowhere to go. My only option now is to get help privately which I cannot afford. Not one single person seems to give a monkeys about my personal health except me.
