"Such a professional set up"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Accident & Emergency Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Bones, joint and fractures

(as the patient),

I was admitted through A & E to the minor injuries unit at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Glasgow.  I cannot praise this unit highly enough and whoever came up with the idea of this unit needs a pat on the back.  What a brilliant idea and concept.  It dovetails perfectly with the A & E.  Such a professional set up.

The unit itself treated me for a knee injury, currently have my knee in a brace.  The staff also deserve high praise, in particular Kim and Danielle - so kind, caring, friendly and professional.

Absolutely brilliant staff, care and a well implemented service.  Thank you and again well done to the person who came up with the concept of this unit.
