About: Furlong Medical Centre Royal Stoke University Hospital

I honestly don't know where I would be without my fantastic GP practice.

I have been a patient at the practice for 20+ years and can't thank everyone enough for their support and care over the years. 

Yes it can be difficult sometimes to get an advanced appointment, but I have never not got an appointment. 

All of the staff from the receptionists, nurses and doctors have all been wonderful and most importantly they all care. 

I have recently had the misfortune of being referred to the Royal Stoke Hospital who I feel have not provided me with the appropriate care and support. Luckily I have wonderful GPs who listen, care and provide the care that is unfortunately missing from the hospital department that I am under. 

Thank you to everyone for providing such wonderful care and support, it is truly appreciated!
