I feel treated like cattle at the Monday clinic. We have to stand in the corridor or sit on the floor waiting for about 3 hours. There are hardly any chairs.
It's hot in the small waiting room. Ideal for catching viruses.Staff don't show any care.There is only a vending machine for drinks. Can't even get water without paying for it. It's unorganised.
