The staff are absolutely wonderful. The place itself is excellent (three lounges, activity area, quiet room, hairdressers, internal garden etc etc) but what makes this dementia assessment facility five stars is the staff. All service users are treated with respect and friendliness, and there are daily activities to engage in (if so wished).
