Two stars:

For the lovely staff who helped me when I was scared and unsure what was happening after being referred with a breast lump.

Especially the admin staff, the support workers and the team in the Breast Radiology Dept. They couldn’t have been nicer.

Dr Smith is superb.

A wish:

I’d love there to be better communication of results. I have now received copies of my first set of results and clinic letters after asking repeatedly. However I’m still waiting to hear about a biopsy taken over four weeks ago.

Please could you routinely ask whether patients would like copies of any correspondence following clinic appointments?
