"Unprofessional at A&E"

My relative had a severe head injury and was taken to A&E last week after a fall.

It took 3 hours lied in a cubicle with no pain relief before being seen by a doctor, and another hour until a scan to reveal a fractured skull. It took 2 hours to get a blanket for him to keep warm. It was not busy. Tbe nurses sat laughing and joking at the nurses station, talking about their weekend.

Unprofessional and unkind.

Would not want to be treated here personally.
