"Compassionate service"

About: University Hospital Monklands

(as a relative),

My wife attended the clinic for an ultrasound and was treated with compassion.   The staff responded to what mattered to her. She has postural vertigo so needs to have her head raised to prevent dizzieness when lying down.

Dear Basil,

Thank you very much in taking the time to contact us with your appreciation with how your wife was treated when attending for her examination.

It is always nice to hear positive feedback and I will gladly pass this on to the ultrasound staff who strive to make sure each individual needs are catered for.

Kind Regards

Lesley
