"Felt belittled and unheard"

(as a parent/guardian),

Felt belittled, unheard.

Clinician at Community Child Health, Edinburgh was rude, abrupt and stifled conversation by barking questions before they could be answered. Interrupted me very early into appointment and lost all thread from there. I left feeling useless. Factually incorrect information sent out in Dr's report. I feel confidentiality breached without consent.
