"the worst hospital i have ever visited"

i visited this hospital with my friend who needed assistance and i can only say what a total nightmare. the parking is a joke you need to be there at least a hour before your appointment to find a space. once in the hospital the escalator was broken to the first floor and because of this the lift queue was very long so people with disabilities were trying to get up the stairs. once up there no one seemed to know where to check in and the staff weren't all that helpful. we were only in with the consultant a matter of minutes but were given a prescription and that was when the fun really started 50 MINUTES yes 50 MINUTES to get some eye drops at one point it was standing only because of the amount of people waiting for prescriptions. so by the time we did get out the car parking was £4.10. I can honestly say this is the worst run hospital I have every been to absolute chaos !!!!!!!!!!
