"Mobile MRI service"

About: Woodend Hospital / Radiology

(as a service user),

I was sent an appointment to have my MRI at Woodend Hospital and was unsure what to expect. When I arrived I was greeted by one staff member in reception who then walked me to the mobile unit, to be met by the second staff member (Colin), both of these people made me feel very comfortable and took great care of me. It wasn't my first MRI, which they knew, but they didn't assume anything and still explained what would happen and checked on me throughout the scan.

I also wish to thank the first staff member (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) for his great choice of music, it was a long scan and having the music really helped.
