"Log in to patient services?"

About: Willowbrook Medical Centre (Jg Astles)

I have been trying for two days to log into patient service; I have even telephoned the surgery to see what I was doing wrong. When you click on 'log in.....' it takes you to the NHS website which is no help at all. I used to put in the practice name, log in with password etc., and hey presto but I can't do it now. I am very frustrated and it is not helping my 'condition'. However, I must say that your receptionists are Springfield Road do as much as they can for you and are lovely.

We are sorry you have been having difficulty with the online system. We are aware that our data procedures have led to situations such as yours, and are in the process of improving them to ensure that similar situations do not arise in future.

For the moment, you should be able to log into SystmOne via this link (https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com/2/Login?Date=20200213123934).

Alternatively the link to log in is found on the bottom right of the website which is currently under review.
