"Great environment, I was relaxed and distracted."

I had to go and get my implant removed in Airdrie and another put back in and overall I was really nervous. It was the first time I had to go to an actual nurse instead of the young person's clinic because I only recently turned 21. My nurse was Kim who was honestly so lovely and made me feel totally relaxed. She knew I was worried because I've seen and heard horror stories with getting the implants out and them getting stuck etc but my whole process was in a great environment I was relaxed and distracted and didn't feel a thing. Hats off to Kim for being the most understanding nurse I've ever met.
