"Terrible service"

Completely inadequate service. Went in for help with my mental illness problems regarding depression and ocd, already being in a really bad state. The psychologist I saw was newly qualified and not up to the job of offering care & advice. I received no help whatsoever apart from being offered advice leaflets, and came away feeling as hopeless and despondent as ever. Was so traumatised by the events of the three appointments, by having old trauma raked up during my 'interrogation' and feeling abased, that I lapsed into an even worse emotional state which resulted in myself making two suicide attempts, the second one as close to successful as you can get. I've received better help from my own gp, which isn't up to scratch, but still better than anything I got from this place. Woeful care provider. Would of been better off being left on my own with no 'help' by this place. Haven't even got a resident psychiatrist for any consistency.
