After numerous attempts of signing into Patient Access and the reception of the Lawson Practice changing the registration form which up to date must be 6/7 times with no success. I finally gave up and sent an email to Patient Access, they did reply with instructions but I had no idea of what was sent.
Today I visited Lawson Practice to order my repeat prescription. Shumina was on reception and as I explained the trouble I was having, she looked up my details and read the email reply I had from Patient Access.
She then asked if I would mind her trying to resolve the problem on my phone, luckily there were no queue behind me. She succeeded and I was finally registered. She even added my prescription and gave me a date to pick it up.
I cannot praise Shumina enough, she had so much patience with me and nothing seemed too much trouble. She is an asset to the practice and, deserves a 10/10 and more,
