Friendly, efficient, service.
What could be improved
This comment is not relevant to this, but is important in its own right.
The shop should be located near the main reception area, as it previously was. It has been placed so far away from the hub of things, as to be ineffective in the true sense of the word. It is not placed to the advantage of either patients or visitors. This must be rectified if it is to be a viable part of the overall hospital experience.
Anything else?
Would like to see the restoration of matrons. Do away with the middle managers, and leave practical decisions to those who have the knowledge and power to effect immediate changes.
