Always providing mixed information. So many people work at the reception and each gives you a different information and don't communicate with each other. My job and called to book an appointment with the doctor for my baby who had a bad nappy rash. He specifically said to call his number and not mine as I was at work and I can't take call. They called me while I was at work and I missed the call so when I called back to say what had happened the lady apologies and said she can't speak o behalf of morning staff. So I requested another call back on the same day and never got one because it's up tot he doctor to call back! So no appointment for my baby with a bad nappy rash in the end.
Similar thing happened with my scan report. They said doctor would call back about report in 2 days. I waited about 5 days still no call back. So I rang to find out and they said doctor would only call if something is wrong. Then she said doctor hasn't checked the report because there is no tick next to it. I was just confused!
Even with repeat prescriptions and sick note requests things just go missing from the box. Then they simply say they didn't recieve it. The reception staff never take responsibility for anything and there is terrible communication with the staff. It's a total time waster for us patients because you have to chase up everything. Even if you give crystal clear information they mess it up. I've been with this surgery for more than 5 years now and I don't see it improving. Such terrible service although the receptionists are polite they are not responsible. I wouldn't recommend this surgery to anyone.
