After multiple efforts from our side, they have proven unable to complete a proper referral to a specialist, causing months of delays. They seem to be completely unable to properly use the on-line e-referral services. They did not offer treatment when needed, but they said the test results are fine. I think someone should take measures to make this service operate to standards.
