I've been here 11 year this summer and I love living here.   My flat is brilliant.   I like the security and I'm comfortable. It's near to the shops, bus and train station. There is care when we need it although it is spread a bit thin. Only 2 carers on in the evenings and overnight - I think they need 3 really.

It's great that you feel safe and comfortable in your flat and we endeavor to make the scheme a clean, safe, and pleasant environment.

I understand your concern in regard to carer numbers, unfortunately these are set by Derbyshire County Council, who provide the care provision but I'm certain they would love to hear your feedback. We can support with this if required.
