My mum needed an ambulance and she was really unwell. There was a student technician attended his name was Liam from the ambulance service and my family would like to pass on our thanks for the care he showed to mum and also our family.
We were all really anxious and scared and he done everything he possibly could to help my mum but also look after us and keep us calm and updated the full time. When we arrived at hospital my mum was taken to resus for over an hour and Liam stayed with her along with his colleague who’s name we didn’t manage to get. He came out and updated us the whole time we were there then he went out on another emergency and still came back to see how my mum was.
Liam is exactly the kind of person needed in the ambulance service. Excellent care from start to finish we can’t thanks all the staff enough.
