About: Heartlands Hospital / Accident and emergency West Midlands Ambulance Service University NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a relative),

My dad was taken to heartlands Aand E department on Friday at 5.30. 

He was seem immediately, sent for scans and spent some time in majors b before being taken to the stroke ward.  

I would like to say a huge thank you to all of the staff, who working flat out at this very busy time took excellent care of my dad and kept us all informed about what was going on.
