"How can I get though to change appointment "

The treatment in the department is good but I cannot get through to change an appointment. I have been ringing several times a day and no one picks up! The phone cuts off after a while. Anyone know an email or alternative number to ring. This is a poor appointment service as they cancel and reschedule several times no wonder they have people not attending appointments if you can’t get through to let them know
