(as the patient),

My husband telephoned 999 after I had collapsed two or three times in the afternoon. The Ambulance arrived very promptly. The crew members were Chris and Jennifer, were very professional and took great care assessing my condition, then transferred me to our local A & E Crosshouse Hospital, another quick response and assessment taken to  Ward 4F. After a night of monitoring the next day I was fitted with a Pacemaker. Then the next day I was allowed to go home, advised to rest my arm for six weeks.

Would like to thank all the Teams at Crosshouse and the Ambulance Crew for their care and dedication to help me recover to good health.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback here on CareOpinion. I am very sorry to hear about what happened to you. It is never a good thing needing to use our service and we strive to deliver as high a quality of service as we can. I am extremely pleased to read that it appears that your experience while I am sure very frightening, was handled with the professionalism we would expect.
