"Rude receptionist "

The referral I had was for a abdomen scan. Which went smoothly but the receptionist was one very rude lady. Disgusted by her attitude. Very very unwelcoming not just face to face but even on the phone she spoke saying “so what do you want me to to about it?” When I asked her not to speak like this she got all defensive and said what I wanted when I said thanks for your help; she Very ‘kindly’ shouted BYE and slammed the phone on me.
