I've been asking for help for months now. I just get told by the doctor and receptionist staff to get on with and get used to it. There is no one that cares or even listens to you. Cant get an appointment. Even if you ring at 8 they have all gone! You have to suffer for over a week to get in. Then the doctors don't even care!
