"Awful service"

About: Hodge Hill Family Practice

I have newly registered with this GP. It has been 2 months I have now been with this GP. And I have not been given an appointment. Every time I ring I am fobbed off. I work monday to friday and when I try to do outside my working hours its a no. Which GP does not offer appointments!? The most awful GP i have been registered with. I will be leaving this GP. Awful awful service.

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear of the difficulties you have experienced at the practice.

Although we do not offer appointments at weekends and late evenings, we do offer an extended hours service which is based at Harlequin Surgery.

We also offer online video consultations after 6.30pm to 8.30pm via the LIVI Service (Monday to Friday and weekends). If you would like to sign up to this service, please contact Reception and they would be happy to set this up for you.

Do you have access to our online services? If no, please pop into the surgery with photo ID and we can set this up for you. You will be able to book appointments online as well as ordering medication.
