Had an urgent referral to see the ENT department booked in September 2019 for December 2019. When I went to the hosp for my appointment I found out that it had been cancelled and no one had bothered telling me. Then I received a letter for a further appointment in February 2020. Now I receive a new letter with the appointment having been moved to March! I called the referral teams to enquire it and the hospital had cancelled my appointment and said I had - hence why I didn't receive any cancellation notice. This is incredibly frustrating and wrong! I have been waiting months to see an specialist and they keep cancelling my appointments and don't bother to tell me or apologise.
