"Fantastic care"

I was admitted by ambulance on a Sunday evening. Every member of staff who cared for me was kind, helpful and made me feel very safe and looked after. It was very busy but I was kept well informed of the plan of my care. I was impressed how calm the staff were with all the patients they had to deal with and what could have been a very frightening time was made much easier by such good care.

I was also impressed by how bright and clean the department was which can’t be easy when it’s so busy.
