I was a little apprehensive however, I was quickly reassured by the nursing staff.

The procedure was uncomfortable although the staff were on hand to reassure me throughout the process. I was treated with dignity and respect from start to finish and given time to feel comfortable before leaving to return home.

This was a worrying time or me which was made more comfortable by the medical staff.

This would, I’m sure, have been a very worrying time for you and I am so pleased to hear that the team treated you well and gave you ample time to recover. It really is a whole team effort and this is the level of patient care we strive daily to deliver to every patient.

Dear Lynne, Thank you for your kind reply. I have had no health issues following the procedure. This is my first experience of using the Care Opinion and have found it easy to use and informative. I would use it again and recommend it to others.
