I have had a very positive experience with Health in Mind. I suffer with OCD and had a six week course of therapy which has helped improve my daily living with OCD. Before finding Health in Mind, I suffered daily with OCD and struggled to cope with it at home or out in the community. Speaking to a therapist and putting in to place a range of different things to work on has given me confidence to be able to control my intrusive thoughts that OCD gave me on a daily base. Even though I will always have OCD and have days that are going to be better then others, I have learnt to be able to manage it and not let it control me.
