I had cause to attend the Endoscopy unit & from the lady who called me to make the appointment to when I was taken back to the waiting area after it was all over I was treated by nothing but pleasant & cheery staff who could not have been more helpful, so THANK YOU to all of you especially the 4 ladies that carried out the procedure.
